We can often show you properties first.  We have the largest inventory in the area, and can offer you new listings even before they are processed. Being the first to know about listings is essential - and the team offers you three pairs of eyes to look for your - including a buyer agent to focus only on you!

Your schedule is our priority - someone is always available for you! You'll find that because we have a separate staff to handle listings, the paperwork, errands, and all the myriad tasks inherent to real estate, we will be much more available to you than any other buyer's agent could be. After all, we're the only full sized team working in our area, with a listing agent and an administrative assistant working hard to support our Buyer's agents so that they can concentrate on you and your needs.

Team brainstorming and sharing generates creative, unique approaches to your property search. The first thing we do when we arrive at the office every day is update ourselves on what new listings have come on the market, so that when something comes on the market that will suit your needs, you'll be the first to know.
